Cost includes retreat sessions, meals, default cabin lodging**, facilities, and activities.

* International Student Pricing criteria: 1. Be currently enrolled in school or have graduated within the last six months.
2. Have no parents residing in the United States. 3. Be currently unemployed (including not working or interning).

** Special lodging – Hotel style room will incur additional charge. More info below on the hotel lodging.

Lodging

Room assignments will be managed by the retreat committee to best accommodate everyone’s needs and the available space. We kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure a comfortable arrangement for all attendees.

Main worship hall and cabin dormitory #1

We will be worshiping and holding our main sessions in the Volunteer Hall. This versatile space will also serve as one of our main dormitory, accommodating up to 80 guests. The hall features 8 dorm-style bunk rooms, each equipped with 5 twin bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed.

Cabin Dormitory #2

Additional dormitory is available in the cabin dormitory and will be primarily used by the Young Adults group. Inside, there’s a common room that can be used for Young Adults discussion groups and activities.

Latham Springs Hotel

Latham Springs Hotel features 14 rooms, each with 1 queen bed. Max 2 people per room. These rooms will be prioritized for guest speakers, pastors, teachers, the elderly, special needs etc. If additional space remains after accommodating those in need, rooms will be allocated to other attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, there is an additional cost of $60 per hotel room. Guests interested in a hotel room should indicate their preference on the registration form and will be placed on a waitlist*.

*The room assignment team will contact you if you are allocated a hotel room. Upon notification, payment must be made to secure your reservation, or the room will be offered to the next person on the list.

FAQ

Where is Latham Springs?
– Latham Springs is located south of DFW – between DFW and Waco. It is approximately 2 hours drive from DFW. 

Are there retreat scholarship available?
– General subsidy has been provided across all age group pricing listed above. If cost is a concern, please reach out to the retreat registration team or speak with one of our church leaders, and we will work with you to ensure you can join us.

Is meal provided on Friday evening?
– Yes! Meal will be provided and served from 6:00p – 7:00p. Service will start at 7:00p, so make sure to get there ahead of time for dinner! 🙂

Will childcare be provided?
– Yes, we will have childcare for all age group.

Are pets allowed?
– Sorry, no pets are allowed on retreat grounds.

How many meals will be served?
– Total 6 main meals will be provided: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. There will be snacks and refreshment provided throughout the retreat. 

When will I find out about my rooming assignment?
– All attendees will be given their room assignments during check-in at the retreat – Friday, Aug 30th from 5p – 7:00p. Do I need to bring bed sheet, blanket, pillow, and toiletries?
Yes, you will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow, blankets, toiletries, teddy bear etc, as these will NOT be provided by the camp. Please also bring your physical bible, water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, and any other personal items you might need. Think of it as camping and what you might need :). We will only provide the roof, a mattress, restrooms, showers, food and most importantly… AC. 😊

What time is checkout on Sunday?
– Packing and checkout will be between 1:30 – 3:00pm on Sunday, Sept 1.
