Coming to LSFC was certainly led by the Lord, by invitation from Pastor Arnold & Effie Wong. Originally arriving in Texas in 2022 to serve as interim pastor for churches in the Christian and Missionary Alliance, Pastor Darren and his wife were led through prayer to serve at LSFC. From the start, they experienced the warmth and loving culture of the church — a positive, encouraging environment for people to learn, explore, and grow in their faith.

Arnold J. Wong

Pastor Emeritus

Pastor Arnold’s relationship with LSFC leadership dates back to the 1980s. When the church approached him, God led him to come and help by preaching, teaching, and organizing. He describes LSFC as a warm, loving inter-cultural church whose abundant love and warmth is matched only by their passion to share the gospel and disciple people to be followers of Christ.
