As we continued exploring the Old Testament this week, we encountered Achan disobeying God and taking something from Jericho after its defeat. Because of this, when Israel attacked Ai next, they suffered defeat. God then helped to uncover Achan’s disobedience, and gave Ai to the Israelite afterward. What can we learn as a church, nation and individual from this story?
